CL International Marketing Station User Agreement, Privacy Policy
This agreement is signed between CL Studio (hereinafter referred to as "CL International Marketing Station") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you"). Before using this service, you should read and comply with this agreement and the CL International Marketing Station Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Association Agreement"). CL International Marketing Station reminds you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement and related agreements, especially the exemption, limitation of liability or rights clauses, dispute resolution, and legal application clauses. Please carefully read and choose whether to accept this agreement and related agreements (minors should read with their guardians).
1、 Confirmation of CL International Marketing Station Service Agreement
1. This agreement helps you understand the service content provided by CL International Marketing Station and your rights and obligations to use the service. Please read it carefully. If you have any questions about the terms of this agreement, please feel free to consult customer service.
2. If there is a change in this agreement, CL International Marketing Station has the right to change the content of the agreement at any time and take effect immediately after the announcement. If you continue to use the CL International marketing station service after the agreement takes effect, it means that you accept the changed agreement and will follow the changed agreement to use the CL International marketing station service.
3. If you are a person without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity, please inform your guardian and read this agreement and use CL International Marketing Station services under your guardian's guidance. If you are a user outside Chinese Mainland, you also need to comply with the laws of your country or region, and you confirm that entering into and performing this agreement is not restricted by the laws and regulations of the country or region where you belong, live, or carry out business activities or other businesses.
2、 Registration, Use, and Cancellation of CL International Marketing Station Account
（1） Registration
1. After completing the registration of your CL International Marketing Station account, you can use some of the CL International Marketing Station services; You can further apply and obtain a CL International Marketing Station account through CL International Marketing Station verification to access more services. The specific verification method shall be subject to the prompts on the website page.
2. The nickname, avatar, signature, message, etc. you set up in your account must comply with laws and regulations, public order, good customs, and social ethics, and will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other third parties. Otherwise, CL International Marketing Station may cancel your nickname, avatar, signature, etc.
（2） Using
The account password is the basis for CL International Marketing Station to identify you. Please ensure that you keep it properly. Any operation or instruction issued using the account password shall be deemed as made by you personally. Any risks, liabilities, losses, expenses, etc. arising from the impersonation, theft, or illegal use of account, password, and other information due to your own reasons shall be borne by you. You agree:
1. Based on different terminals and your usage habits, we may adopt different verification measures to identify your identity. For example, if your CL International marketing station account logs in for the first time on a new device, we may use a password and verification code to identify you.
2. To ensure the security of your funds, please set the password for your phone and other devices to be different from the password for your CL International Marketing Station membership account and account. If you discover that someone has falsely used or stolen your membership number, account, or CL International Marketing Station login name and password, or your phone or other related devices are lost, please immediately notify CL International Marketing Station in a valid manner; You can also apply to CL International Marketing Station to suspend or stop the CL International Marketing Station service. You understand that CL International Marketing Station takes reasonable time to take action on your request. If CL International Marketing Station fails to take effective measures within a reasonable time, resulting in increased losses for you, CL International Marketing Station will be responsible for the increased losses, but CL International Marketing Station will not be responsible for instructions executed before taking action.
3. The CL International Marketing Station account is only for your personal use and cannot be transferred, borrowed, gifted, or inherited.
4. Based on the needs of operation and transaction security, CL International Marketing Station can pause or restrict some functions of CL International Marketing Station services, or add new functions.
5. In order to maintain a good network environment, CL International Marketing Station sometimes needs to understand the true background and purpose of your use of CL International Marketing Station services. If CL International Marketing Station requires you to provide relevant information or materials, please cooperate.
6. For the sake of your transaction security, when using the CL International Marketing Station service, please determine in advance whether the counterparty has full civil capacity and carefully decide whether to use the CL International Marketing Station service to conduct transactions with the counterparty.
（3） Logout
When you need to terminate the use of CL International Marketing Station services, if you meet the following conditions, you can apply to cancel your CL International Marketing Station account:
1. You can only apply to cancel your own membership number or account and follow the procedures of CL International Marketing Station to cancel it.
2. You can apply to cancel your membership number or account through self-service or manual means, but if you have used the security product provided by CL International Marketing Station, please apply for cancellation in the security product environment.
3. The membership number or account you applied for cancellation is in a normal state, that is, the information on your membership number or account is up-to-date, complete, and correct, and the membership number or account has not been subject to any restrictions such as suspension or freezing. If the CL International marketing station account you are applying for cancellation has an associated CL International marketing station account or sub CL International marketing station account, you can only cancel the account after the associated CL International marketing station account or sub CL International marketing station account is cancelled.
4. In order to safeguard the legitimate interests of you and other users, the membership number or account you apply for cancellation should have no outstanding rights or obligations or other disputes arising from the cancellation of the account, and there should be no outstanding transactions or balances.

(1) In order to prevent resource occupation, if you have not logged into your membership account or account using your CL International Marketing Station login name or other methods approved by CL International Marketing Station for 12 consecutive months, CL International Marketing Station has the right to cancel the membership account or account, You will no longer be able to log in to this website or use the relevant membership number or account through the CL International Marketing Station login name. If the membership number or account is associated with wealth management products, pending transactions, or balances, CL International Marketing Station will assist you in processing. Please follow the instructions provided by CL International Marketing Station to proceed. If there are no active transactions within 6 months from the date of opening your CL International Marketing Station account, CL International Marketing Station will have the right to suspend or cancel the account until your identity is re verified.
(2) According to the Management Measures for Network Payment Business of Non bank Payment Institutions, CL International Marketing Station shall not open CL International Marketing Station accounts for financial institutions or other institutions engaged in financial services such as credit, financing, wealth management, guarantee, trust, currency exchange, etc. If you belong to a financial institution or other institution engaged in credit, financing, wealth management, guarantee, trust, currency exchange and other financial services, and you hold a CL International Marketing Station account, you agree to withdraw the funds from the CL International Marketing Station account or use them through transfer or other means as soon as possible according to the CL International Marketing Station process, And authorize CL International Marketing Station to cancel the CL International Marketing Station account.
6. After the cancellation of the CL International Marketing Station account, you will not be able to use any of the services of the CL International Marketing Station, and the rights and obligations of both parties will terminate (except as otherwise agreed in this agreement or by its nature). At the same time, the following results may also occur:
(1) You shall still be responsible for your actions before canceling your membership number or account and during the use of CL International Marketing Station services, including but not limited to potential breach of contract, liability for damages, and performance obligations. At the same time, CL International Marketing Station can still save relevant information before your cancellation.
(2) Once the cancellation is successful, account records, account functions, etc. will not be restored or provided.
（4） Commitment and Declaration of CL International Marketing Station Services
1. CL International Marketing Station is not an online payment institution, and the fund transfer involved in this agreement is realized through Alipay and WeChat. You accept the delay caused by Alipay WeChat, and also the delay caused by CL International Marketing Station.
2. You understand that based on relevant laws and regulations, CL International Marketing Station does not provide any guarantees or advances for any services under this agreement.
3. CL International Marketing Station will not handle fund transfers during the transaction process and will not transfer your funds under any circumstances. CL International Marketing Station reminds you that CL International Marketing Station is only responsible for notifying the callback after receiving the Alipay WeChat collection notice, which will not lead to the loss of your funds.
（5） Transaction risk warning
1. If you or your counterparty fails to comply with the operating instructions and rules on this agreement or related website instructions, transactions, and payment pages when using CL International Marketing Station services, CL International Marketing Station has the right to refuse to provide services to you and the counterparty, and CL International Marketing Station shall not be liable for damages.
